Risk Disclosure
Version 2026-10-11. Part of the Terms of Use. Read this before you rely on anything the Service shows and before you act on it.
You can lose everything you commit. Tokens on this chain are often new, thinly traded, unaudited and sometimes designed to take your money. Nothing on the Service protects you from that. The tools show you what the chain records; what you do with it is your decision and your risk.
Digital assets
- Volatility. Prices can move by large multiples in minutes, in either direction, and can go to zero. Meme coins and freshly launched tokens are the most extreme case.
- Illiquidity. A token with little liquidity cannot be sold in size without moving its price heavily, and sometimes cannot be sold at all. A quoted price for a small amount says nothing about what a larger amount would fetch.
- Scams. Honeypots that cannot be sold, hidden transfer taxes, minting backdoors, liquidity that the creator withdraws ("rug pulls"), fake copies of real projects, and coordinated pump schemes are common. Our checks catch some patterns and miss others; a token passing them is not safe.
- Smart-contract risk. Tokens, pools, launchpads, bonding curves, hooks and routers are code. Code has bugs, and some code is written to deceive. Funds sent to a contract can be lost through an error or an exploit.
- No recourse. There is no deposit insurance, no chargeback and no customer service for the blockchain. Transactions are final.
Wallets
- Transactions are yours. A payment to the Service is a transfer that your own wallet shows you and that only you can approve; network fees are paid whether or not it succeeds, and nothing broadcast can be reversed by us.
- Wallet security. Anyone with your recovery phrase or private key controls your funds. Phishing sites, fake wallet pop-ups and malicious browser extensions are common. We will never ask for your keys or phrase; nothing on the Service needs them.
Information and tools
- Accuracy. Our data is derived from the public chain by software and can be wrong, late, duplicated, mispriced or missing. Holder counts, liquidity, market caps, volumes and attributions may differ from other sources.
- Signals, scores and reads. These are outputs of rules and statistical models. They are not predictions, not advice and not personalised. A model's past "hit rate" does not carry forward. Indicators labelled experimental have not been validated as signals.
- Timing. A card, candle or figure reflects the moment it was computed, which may be behind the chain.
- Availability. The Service can be slow, incomplete or down, including during the exact minutes you most want it.
Legal and tax
- Laws on digital assets differ by country and change often. Using the Service or dealing in digital assets may be restricted or taxable where you live. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the rules that apply to you and for your own tax reporting.
- Tokens that represent or track stocks, funds or other regulated instruments may carry additional legal risk and may not be available or lawful for you.
What we are not
We are not your broker, adviser, custodian or counterparty. We do not take the other side of any transaction, hold your assets, or make decisions for you. We earn nothing from what you do with the information. The Service is a set of tools; the judgement is yours.
