TradersLake

Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-11. These Terms govern your use of the TradersLake website, app, API and data products (together, the Service), operated by TradersLake (we, us). Please read them with the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure, which are part of these Terms.

The short version. The Service is a set of tools that read the public blockchain and present what they find. It is provided as is. Nothing on it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We never hold your keys or your funds: every transaction is one you build, review and approve in your own wallet. The decisions you make with these tools, and their outcomes, are yours alone.

1. Agreement

By visiting the Service, creating an account, signing in with a wallet, paying for a plan, using the API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may change these Terms; the version date at the top tells you when. Material changes are announced on the Service, and your continued use after a change is your agreement to it. Where a change affects an active paid plan, the previous Terms apply to that plan until its period ends.

2. What the Service is

The Service reads the public record of Robinhood Chain and other blockchains with our own software and presents derived data: prices, candles, trades, holder counts, liquidity, launch records, screens, scores, indicators, "reads", signal cards and similar material (Content). The Service is an information and tooling product. It is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, custodian, money transmitter, bank or fiduciary, and it does not act on your behalf.

3. No advice, no recommendation

Nothing on the Service is advice of any kind: not financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice, and not a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell or hold any asset. Scores, bands, verdicts, "reads", signals, screens, rankings, trend lists and alerts are the output of automated rules and statistical models applied to public data. They are opinions of software, they can be wrong, they are not personalised to you, and they do not take your circumstances into account. A past result, a backtest or a "hit rate" says nothing about what will happen next. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional who knows your situation.

4. Your decisions are your own

You decide what to buy, sell, hold, approve or sign. You decide whether to rely on anything the Service shows. You accept that every such decision, its timing, and its outcome, including the total loss of what you commit, is your responsibility and not ours. You will not treat anything on the Service as a reason to act or not act without your own independent judgement.

5. Non-custodial by design

  1. We never hold, control or have access to your private keys, recovery phrases, wallets or funds. We will never ask for them. Anyone who does is not us.
  2. Signing in with a wallet is a signature on a plain message that proves you control the wallet. It moves nothing.
  3. Every payment is a transaction that you build, that your own wallet shows you, and that only you can approve. Review every request in your wallet before approving it. Once a transaction is broadcast it cannot be reversed, cancelled or refunded by us or by anyone.
  4. You are solely responsible for the security of your devices, wallets, keys, passwords and recovery phrases, and for every transaction made from your wallet, whether or not you intended it.

6. Third-party services

  1. Your wallet software, block explorers, RPC providers, the launchpads and sites we link to, and the blockchain itself are governed by their own terms, which you are responsible for. We do not operate, control, audit or guarantee any of them.
  2. Links to a coin's website, social accounts or launchpad page are read from the chain's own records or supplied by a paying holder and marked as such. A link is not an endorsement, and what you find behind it is not Content.
  3. Our checks on a coin (for example a sell check, a template block, a flag or a read) are heuristics drawn from our own records. They reduce some risks; they do not detect every scam, honeypot, hidden fee, transfer restriction, liquidity withdrawal or malicious contract, and passing them is not a statement that a token is safe or worth buying.

7. Data and Content

Content is produced by automated software from public blockchain data and third-party sources, and may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, mispriced, mislabelled or wrong, including in ways we do not know about. Holder counts, liquidity, market capitalisation, volumes, launchpad attributions, logos and names may differ from other sources. We have no duty to monitor, verify, correct or update Content, and we may change or remove any of it at any time. Do not rely on Content for any purpose that requires accuracy.

8. Accounts

  1. You may create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with a wallet, and you may link a wallet to an email account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  2. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping its credentials secret. Tell us promptly at the contact address on the home page if you believe your account has been compromised.
  3. One person per account; do not share, sell or transfer an account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, that we believe is compromised, or where the law requires it.

9. Eligibility and lawful use

You may use the Service only where it is lawful for you to do so and only in compliance with the laws that apply to you, including tax, securities, commodities, consumer, sanctions and anti-money-laundering laws. You may not use the Service if you are, or act for, a person or entity subject to sanctions, or if you are located in or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction where your use would be unlawful or where we do not offer the Service. We do not represent that the Service is appropriate or available in any location. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that arise from your activity.

10. Paid plans and payments

  1. Paid plans unlock features for a fixed period (currently 30 days) and are prepaid by an on-chain transfer of the stated amount of USDG from your wallet to the treasury address shown on your Account page. A payment activates the plan for the account that sent it once the transaction is final. A new payment for the same plan adds a period to it.
  2. Payments are final and non-refundable, including if you stop using the Service, if a feature changes, or if you are later unable to use the Service. Send only the asset and amount shown; other assets or amounts may not be recognised, and we are not obliged to recover them.
  3. We may change prices, plans and the features in them. A change takes effect for new periods, not for a period already paid.
  4. Plans, API keys and data licences are for the account holder's own use. A data licence is a separate written agreement.

Paid promotions and advertising. The Service sells labelled placements: a boost (a coin shown in a marked strip), a coin banner, enhanced information (a creator-supplied logo, links and description shown in place of the chain's own metadata, marked as such), and advertising spots. Every placement is labelled as paid. A placement never changes a ranking, a signal, a score or a read, and is not an endorsement, a review or a statement about the coin by us. Boosts and advertising may be bought by any account. Enhanced information is reserved for the wallet that created the coin for 48 hours after the coin's first transfer and may then be bought by any account at the same price; once bought it is held by its buyer, who may edit it, until the creator buys it (which outranks all other information) or a community takeover replaces it. A community takeover may be bought for a lower one-time fee by an account whose wallet holds the coin when the information's holder and the creator have left the coin as measured by the rules shown on the coin's page; it stands until the creator reclaims it, which the creator may do at any time, a later takeover replaces it under the same rules, it is suspended because other accounts flag it as impersonation, or we remove it. A banner may be bought by whoever holds the shown information. Enhanced information and takeovers are one-time fees; boosts, banners and advertising are prepaid by the day. No placement is refundable, including when reclaimed, replaced or suspended. You are responsible for the content you submit, you warrant that you have the right to use it and that it is not misleading, and we may remove any placement without refund if it is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful to the Service or its users, or if the coin is found to be a scam.

Community votes. Accounts may vote a coin good or bad, raise red flags and leave a short note. Votes and notes are opinions of users, shown without the voter's identity, are not verified by us and are not advice. We may remove votes or notes and restrict accounts that manipulate them.

11. API, data and acceptable use

API access and downloads are provided for your own analysis, subject to the limits of your plan. You may not: resell, republish or redistribute Content or data in bulk, or use it to build a competing data product, without a data licence; scrape, crawl or extract data beyond the limits of your plan; share API keys; probe, scan, overload, disrupt or attempt to break into the Service or its infrastructure; bypass any limit, gate or security measure; use the Service to manipulate any market, launder funds, evade sanctions or break the law; impersonate anyone; or use automated means to create accounts. We may throttle, suspend or terminate access that we believe breaks this section.

Agents. The agent tools and the MCP endpoint are part of the API. Calls are metered by plan (per day, per minute and in flight, with page and query caps) and each call is recorded on your account with the tool, the door it came through, the outcome, the time taken, the size of the answer and the shape of the arguments (a SQL text is kept only as a length and a hash). Your agent's use is your use: the Terms apply to what it does, and tool outputs are Content as defined above, not advice.

12. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, names, logos and Content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and its Content as these Terms allow. Blockchain data itself is public; the way we select, derive, score and present it is ours. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, THAT ANY CONTENT IS CORRECT, OR THAT ANY TOKEN, CONTRACT OR WALLET IS SAFE.

14. Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that you have read the Risk Disclosure, that digital assets and decentralised trading carry a high risk of loss, including total loss, and that you use the Service and make every decision with those risks in mind and at your own risk.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, DIGITAL ASSETS, OPPORTUNITY OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, ANY CONTENT OR ANY TRANSACTION, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITS; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.

16. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors and suppliers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trades or transactions, your Content or data use, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

17. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; a wallet account ends when you stop signing in, and an email account can be closed by contacting us. We may suspend or end your access at any time for breach, risk, legal reasons or discontinuation of the Service. Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 12 to 16, 18 and 19 survive termination.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. To the extent the law allows, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims will be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated or representative action. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your home jurisdiction are not affected where the law so provides.

19. General

  1. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier understanding.
  2. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable part is replaced by the closest enforceable term.
  3. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of the Service.
  4. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including blockchain congestion or failure, third-party outages, attacks, power or network loss, or changes in law.
  5. You agree to receive notices and communications about the Service electronically, on the Service or at the email on your account.
  6. Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means "including without limitation".

20. Contact
